These terms describe how Maia Painting Services quotes, schedules and performs work. Hiring us for a paint job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

Quotes are no-obligation and are based on what we can see or what you describe. If the job turns out bigger than expected — damage behind a wall, more drywall repair than it looked like, more surface area than described — we tell you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

Scheduling and access

We show up when we say we will. For a paint job to move smoothly we need a way in — someone home, a key, a code or a lockbox — and water and power on at the property. If a date needs to move on either side, you hear it from us first and we set the next available one.

Your home or business

We cover and protect floors, furniture and fixtures before a brush or sprayer comes out, and we clean up as we go. Tell us at the quote about anything delicate or special, like a stone counter, a hardwood floor, a pet in the house or a surface that needs a specific product.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger jobs are discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
